How do I join the agency as a represented actor?
Applications start with a profile submitted through our contact form. There is no age or experience requirement, but we look for people committed to working primarily in film and stage. Selection runs in three stages: document screening, interview, and practical audition.
LIB POSSE entertainment is an agency built on a production company that makes its own films and stage works. Represented actors are considered for our in-house productions and are also put forward for outside projects. Founder Satoshi Judai trained at the Mumeijuku under Tatsuya Nakadai, and our development approach is grounded in that career as an actor.
